About the Author

Author of the fantasy book Red Wolf: Book One of The Echo Series, L. J. Windridge is a Welsh university student who was born and raised in south Wales, UK.

Growing up, L. J. moved around the Welsh valleys a lot so found it difficult to make and keep long-lasting friendships except those she found in storybooks and family pets. Despite a challenging childhood, L. J. is still close to her mum, brother and Christian family.

​

Eventually, she settled down in the seaside town of Barry where she met her husband, Iwan. Shortly after moving in together, the two got married and now enjoy living with L. J.'s mum and their two cats, Sox and Bella.

In her spare time, you may find L. J. fantasizing about or writing The Echo Series. She also enjoys playing her piano keyboard, genealogy research and snuggling up to read a fantasy, supernatural or romance book by one of her favourite authors.
